Terry Dellerson Property Management serves the rental community in the Northwest Miami-Dade County region, particularly in Miami Gardens, Opa-Locka, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Miami, and Unincorporated areas of Northwest Miami-Dade County.

We manage single-family residences ranging from two to four bedrooms. Please view our rentals pages for our current and upcoming listings to suit your needs. We are an Equal Housing Opportunity Management company. We don't qualify tenants based upon credit scores. We require tenants to have a net monthly income equal to 2.5 times the rent, and be able to document it with pay stubs, award letters, retirement, social security or disability benefits. If you are paid in cash, unfortunately, we cannot rent to you.
These rental properties are NOT in foreclosure. We strongly urge tenants to log onto miamidade.gov and do a property search to see if the property is in foreclosure and to determine that the person renting the property has the authority to do so. Do not give a landlord any money until you have verified these facts. Chances are, someone you know has rented from us over the past 45 years and is aware of our high standard of property management.

These individuals are experienced in the fields of plumbing, electrical repairs, air conditioning maintenance, roofing, pest control and general contracting as well as many other areas of expertise. In order to move into our rental property, you must complete an application, provide valid current photo identification, and show proof of documented income. If you are paid in cash, we are unable to accept that portion of your income toward qualifying. Qualification is based upon net monthly income. You must have a net monthly income equal to 2.5 times the rent, and be able to document it. Social security, disability and retirement benefits are all valid sources of income. First and two months security deposit required.
